2. How can I know if a piece is real gold?
Each product description clearly specifies whether the item is solid gold, gold-plated, or gold vermeil.
For solid gold pieces, the karat (e.g. 18K or 14K) and purity are always mentioned to ensure full transparency.
3. Are your gold-plated and vermeil pieces long-lasting?
Yes — our gold-plated and vermeil pieces are crafted using high-quality materials and advanced coating techniques to ensure durability. With proper care, they maintain their shine and color for years.
4. How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain your jewelry’s brilliance:

These steps protect both solid gold and plated items from damage.
5. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 10–25 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
